Platinum Range Package Details


Wedding Photography

The photography package that is included within the Platinum Range is approximately 7 hours complete coverage during the big day, plus all associated high resolution jpeg files are included on a decorative USB. You and your guests will also have access to your own personal password protected web gallery, which is available to view approximately 10 days following your special day.  All the features can be explained when you meet one of our incredibly friendly yet extremely professional, experienced wedding photographers.

We have detailed a brief outline of the shots that our skilled in house photographers will capture on the big day, they briefly comprises of the following:-

Preparation

Shots will include:
 the bride getting ready
 with a selection of shots including makeup, hair, the dress & shoes,
 flowers,
 bridesmaids,
 a Bridal portrait before leaving for the ceremony
 Group shots of the bridal party.

Ceremony

Shots to include: 
 Groom while waiting for the bride inside the venue
 Candid shots of the awaiting congregation
 The brides arrival and car shots
 Bride & bridal party coming down the aisle
 The all-important first glance as you greet each other
 Congregation and room shots during the ceremony
 The exchange of rings and the kiss
 Both informal & formal shots whilst the register is signed
 Bride and groom leaving the ceremony

Group Shots

Shots to include:
 Formal Group shots to be agreed with bride & groom prior to the day
 Candid shots taken throughout the day

The Couple shots

When you meet with your photographer they will discuss lots of creative shots, and attractive shots at your venue. There are so many options, and it is usually best for the photographer to liaise with you on these, at one of your preparation meetings.

Wedding Venue & Breakfast room

Shots to include: 
 Wide shots with incredible detail
 Close up’s of your decorations & stationary
 Bride & Groom in the breakfast room before guests come in
 A posed cake cutting shot before guests enter
 The receiving line or guests arriving
 Bride & Grooms entrance & seating
 The speeches if before the meal

Every wedding is unique so the above list should be treated as a guide, our photographers can discuss all shots, creative ideas and go through everything with you during the preparation meetings. Upgrade options or extended time scales can also be discussed with the photographer at this point if you wish also.


Bridal Flowers

The flowers include within the platinum range can all be custom designed to match your colour scheme and you can discuss your requirements with one of our events coordinators or our professional florist. The platinum Range floral details are:
 Bridal Bouquet with ribbon wrapped handle
 Bridesmaids bouquets x 2
 Coordinating designed Buttonholes x 5

Every Bride has her own vision, and our team will work with you to create the floral designs you have dreamed of. Upgrade options or additional floral items can be discussed with our florist during your design & preparation meetings.

 

Wedding Cake

A 3 Tier wedding cake in a design of your choosing and with your choice of fillings is included within the Platinum range, you can discuss your exact requirements along with any upgrade options with our highly skilled cake makers.

Personalised Dove Release

The dove release is an incredible spectacle for both you and your guests to enjoy and really does create a talking point and an everlasting memory. It is an intimate moment for the Bride & Groom to demonstrate their love with the ultimate symbol of love, peace and fidelity. We feel these are 3 things that everyone wants from a marriage, the dove release package includes:

 A choice of cages that can be decorated to match your theme
 A speech written especially for the couple which is read upon the doves release
 The full meaning of the symbolism of the doves explained within your speech
 Release of two beautiful white doves
 A practice session prior to the big say
 If booked for a ceremony then the doves will be on display to greet your guests

Wedding Cars

The wedding car package within the platinum range include the brides collection from home or hotel and then travel in one of the truly unique and luxurious wedding cars to the ceremony in truly head turning style. Then following the ceremony the Bride and Groom will travel in executive style to the reception venue. There are a selection of modern executive cars to choose from, plus a very impressive vintage selection or why not upgrade to one of the super cars including Aston Martin or Porsche Macan S. All options can be discussed within your preparation meetings.


Magician

When the Magician option is chosen through the Platinum Range we will provide one of the finest wedding magicians within South Wales  and specialises in amazing close up tricks that are performed right before your eyes. This is a fantastic way to keep your guests entertained either during photos, following your meal & speeches before the evening reception or even during your evening reception. Our Magician will perform for you and your guests for over an hour and a half, and he really will create such a talking point amongst your guests. We can be very flexible in terms of performance times during the day, and this can be discussed with one of our events coordinators.


Disco

The disco Package included within the Platinum Range is provided by our extremely talented resident DJ’S and will cover your entire evening reception, for more information about our dynamic DJ’s please check out our services page on the website. Upgrade options to one of our other recommended Disco packages are also available, please ask one of our events coordinators for more information.


Chocolate Fountains

Our Deluxe Twin Chocolate fountains are provided on an illuminated surround, complete with a friendly, fully trained and uniformed operator to serve your guests. All Chocolate Fountains come complete with a selection of fresh fruit, sweet and savoury dipping items. On the twin fountain there are two chocolate fountains which offers you the choice of Belgian chocolate including milk, dark, white or coloured chocolate.

How to Book the Platinum Range

We suggest that you firstly take a look through our website and social media pages to witness the high level of services we provide, along with taking a look at some photos of the previous weddings we have dressed and our client reviews on the reviews page. The next step would be to contact us via e-mail to arrange a consultation appointment to discuss your requirements and design ideas in more detail.

Appointments are available seven days a week at our showrooms between 10am and 8pm. During your initial consultation we can discuss your theme and colour scheme ideas, show examples and provide an itemised quote for you based on your individual requirements, which is then valid for 14 days.

If you were then happy to proceed with the Platinum range of packages you can secure your wedding date with us by filling out our digital booking form, and paying your initial booking fee through our online payment system on our website.

Once your booking has been confirmed we would then send you through your planning schedule to detail when arrangements are required and organise preparation meetings for you when required.
